Mr. Kessler's background includes more than twenty years of construction and surety bond underwriting, serving in a number of capacities including the management, training, and development of underwriters and financial analysts. Additionally, Mr. Kessler has extensive first-hand experience in contract surety bond underwriting for both small and large companies throughout the United States. ;

Mr. Kessler's educational background includes a B.A. in economics from Duke University (1984) as well as advanced management studies in finance, law, accounting, and underwriting.
